I bought this home theatre in may and used it in the month of july only.
The subwoofer short circuited and sparked; stopped working.
I called the Ikall customer service, they are asking me to courier the subwoofer to them.
They never ever mentioned anywhere that pickup facility is not available.
There warehouse is very far away and minimum courier charges would be around ₹1000.
Firstly, we are spending money to buy the item and then spend money on courier services to them.
Very pathetic customer service.
