I10 Earpods — different colour product received - they didn't even replying, on emails neither replacing nor refunding my product
I have purchased Airpods from i10 earpods order id#IEP45906.
When i received the product, i found it was of different colour and model. I made order for i10 model and white colour but I received i7 model in red colour which I don't like.
I complained on mail but i didn't get any answer from them neither they mention any contact number to call them.
Ita totally fraud! Company!! I compalined on customer care mail id or info id. Neither i getting refund or replace from their side.
