I10 Earpods — different colour product received - they didn't even replying, on emails neither replacing nor refunding my product

I have purchased Airpods from i10 earpods order id#IEP45906.
When i received the product, i found it was of different colour and model. I made order for i10 model and white colour but I received i7 model in red colour which I don't like.

I complained...

I purchase i10 airpods but delivery i7 earpod. This company fraud. I send mail but there is no reply me and contact me. This is no contact number and castomer care number. There is a big faurd company. Please i requested we get correct product send me and change my earpod. No change my product. No my payment refund. Please slove my problem and help me...
