Sir/ madam,
Greetings! I would like to bring to your notice that i bought two sarees from IBIS fab in the December 2021. I returned the sarees on December 11, 2021 as they are in poor quality. I requested the person concerned to return the money (2000 rupees). But, the person has not been responding to me properly. He is sending an "okay" message whenever i send him a message. He/She is not answering my calls. My order number is 43571.
Kindly help me
