I have ordered for banarasi silk saree but it was not silk saree. It's an artificial silk saree which I have received. After so many emails they are agreed to take it back and mailed me to send the saree. I have sent the saree to their given address and in return I have received a mail on 2nd November for confirmation from them. I have given my account number but they demanded for Google account than I have sent my brother's Google account number to them but till now they hadn't paid my money which is RS 1149 for saree price and RS 280 for courier charges total of RS 1429 . Photo and audio are not supported by your platform.

Ibis company is not providing my money back. I have emailed so many mails in this regard. I have provided my account number and Google account number also as their demand but they are not providing my money back which is RS 1149 for saree price and RS 280 for courier charges. Total of amount is RS 1429/ . I am requesting you to resolve my problem.
