ICICI Bank — 590 Deducted 22 Times in my account

I am Koshinder i observing that my amount was 15000 deducted under this following statements of rs.590 deducted 22 Times multiple times. 27 January 2024 I am not aware of why am getting all charges from my account? I have asked about bajaj finserve and told me that they are authorized to deduct only EMI loan amount, not any other charges. Im allready pay all EMI October 2023. So, I move to call customer care number ICICI bank. The IVR wanted me to enter my details so fast and then after a few seconds, it's automatically hang up.

Also I have dropped mail to "[protected]@icicibank.com" but no response. I am really fed-up of this deduction. I really don't have an idea from which source this amount is getting deducted.

I need to know about the charges please help. And why you will charges like these under the name of "NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~Of Bnk BFLf".
