Dear icici, I have made a purchase for an amount of 15, 938.34 on march 22, 2020 on amazon and same was converted to 6 month emi facility (Attached emi amortization schedule). The same purchase was cancelled by amazon due to corona outbreak and amount was refunded back to credit card. Now i am desired to cancel that 6 month emi option, i have tried to contact icici credit card toll free but it was not available due to current corona outbreak. So i am requesting you to cancel the 6 month emi loan of 15, 938.34 for purchase made on amazon on march 22, 2020 as per procedure and refund charges and interest if any. +0 photos Was this information helpful?
