Neft transfer of rs 50000 was wrongly sent to account no[protected] with
Preet vihar delhi branch on 22/1/2018 instead of account no[protected] s smitha from kodak bank aundh pune. The complain has been routed through kotak bank. I request you to revert back the money to kotak bank which was posted wrongly and also send me contact number of preet vihar, delhi. We tried reaching the branch but unable to connect

    I tried booking movie tickets using net banking.
    I went through the mall website "soul spirit central mall, bellandur bangalore".
    When i tried booking movie tickets, it got redirected to justdial website.
    I made payment through icici net banking and then the browser kept on loading without any confirmation.
    The tickets are not confirmed but the amount has been deducted from my account.
    Amount has not yet been refunded.

      Dear concern, my credit card is overdue for which i have been paying the minimum payment for quite sometime. Yes i do agree there was delay in payments and the amount was less aon a few occasions.
      This representative of your who says his name shashikant calls me regularly and speaks very rudely, arrogantly and does not listen. I have earlier requested to change the representative and i was assured that he will not call or he will speak in sober way. But it started again.

            I did one imps transaction in month of november which got failed. I raised the request afterwards and they closed it saying the amount has already been credited to beneficiary account. I again called them and said it hasn't been credited. They said ok send an email to customer care and attach other bank's statement or passbook copy. I did the same and they raised one more request saying we are working on this. Now just that request also got closed with same message.
            I am really frustrated with service of icici bank. I am not sure what shall i do.

            This issue hasn't been resolved yet. So pathetic service from ICICI. The amount involvement is high i.e. 18000 and still you aren't taking any action.

              On dated[protected] around 12.00 pm I got a call from ICICI bank with () number. First of all, I thought that was regarding my Credit card but when they are talking about my Credit card I was surprised they have my all details like Credit card number, Credit card CVV number, my date of birth, mother name etc. After a 5 minutes talk they have made payment of 1.00 INR (One Rupee) by using my Credit card and asking me to share OTP that time I realize those guys are fake. Immediately I have disconnected call, but couple of seconds I got another massage that they have made a payment again with 9999.00 INR (Nine thousand nine hundred and ninety-nine Rupees) this time I was surprise before I take any action they have made payment around 20999.00 INR (Twenty thousand nine hundred ninety-nine Rupees) it was deducted from my Credit card account.

              Within 10 minutes they spend my money around 20999.00 INR (Twenty thousand nine hundred ninety-nine Rupees) to “VIN8Shopping mart.com Lucknow” then I realizes I was sucked by professional Hackers who is cheating a people by calling through bank

              Action taken: -

              Frist I went to Police Station near by me and explain everything and they advised me to go near by ICICI Bank and block your Credit Card immediately, as per instruction I run to ICICI bank nearby our office and request to block my Credit Card.

              Credit Card Fraud Issue :

              Dear Friends,

              Recently, I have faced one Credit Card Fraud. So, I am sharing the same with you for your knowledge and take proper precaution while using Credit Card.

              On[protected] around 12.00 noon, I got a call from ICICI bank from mobile no. [protected]. At First, I thought that it was regarding my outstanding, etc. of my Credit card but when they talk about my all details like my Credit card number, Credit card CVV number, my date of birth, mother name etc. I surprised & suspected some fraud. After around 5 minutes talk, they have made payment of Re.1.00 INR (One Rupee) by using my Credit card and asking me to share OTP that time I realize those guys are fake. So, I didn’t share OTP and immediately disconnected call. Within couple of seconds I got another massage that they have made a payment of Rs.9999/- (Rupees Nine thousand nine hundred and ninety nine Only). Before I take any action they have made another payment of Rs.20999/- (Rupees Twenty thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Only) from my same Credit Card.

              Within 10 minutes they spend my money around 20999.00 INR (Twenty thousand nine hundred ninety-nine Rupees) to “VIN8Shopping mart.com Lucknow” then I realizes I was cheated by professional Hackers who cheat people by calling through bank.

              Action taken: -

              Frist I went to nearby Police Station and explained everything. They advised me to go to nearby ICICI Bank Branch and block my Credit Card. immediately, as per instruction I went to nearby ICICI bank and requested to block my Credit Card.

              Result :

              All financial clearance and Credit Card had been blocked by bank. Thus, by immediate & proper action, I could save my hard earned money.

                Has applied for fastag dated december 13 through online. Has paid 601 rs

                It is mentioned in receipt that i'll be receiving fastag within 20 days.

                As mentioned, blue dart courier has called me that my fast tag is reached their office but one of the line in the address is missing. Blue dart executive asked me to contact bank and ask them to send a mail to blue dart team with in a week to dispatch my fast tag as their policy. I've filed a compliant on the same to icici fastag team

                Has made a compliant with following reference number as follows

                Cmp[protected] - customer care executive has closed with summary as customer disconnected the call. I've disconnected with thanks message to the customer care executive. But my issue was not been responded properly. I was asked to share the information on tag applied date and compliant date. I can provide the approximate tag application date as december 14 or so. Am not sure about the date applied on that particular point of time. She asked me about exact date so that she can check my status. But thing is when i log into my account later with my cust id, i can fetch all the information assuming my application date around dec14, but not the icici bank customer care executive. This date i mentioned to her during the call (It is dec 13 in actual). But she responded with information is not sufficient enough to track.

                Apart from above complaints, has made many calls to them which has not recorded in the web portal. These unregistered compliant calls are taken lot of time

                With all the issues happened, i'm not interested to get fastag from icici bank. So please help me to close my fastag account from icici bank. If possible they can refund the amount deducted

                          Hi,
                          This is to keep you posted that i have been using my icici credit card ending with 7013 since 2012 and have never been a payment defaulter. I always paid my bill on time. On 22nd december 2017 i dropped non icici bank cheque to pay my credit bill due on 26th december 2017. However the cheque was encashed on 1st january as a result of which late payment fees and interest are reflecting in my current statement due date of which is on 26th jan 2018. Please note that this not my fault since the cheque was dated 22nd dec and was dropped on the same day. How come it takes 10 days to get encashed. This is not at all acceptable from icici bank. I am going to pay only the amount i purchased i. E for rs594. I have raised a complaint with bank directly also but it seems bank is not ready to reverse it. Therefore i am writing in this forum so that the late payment and interest reversal are done.

                            False Information BY ICICI Collection Agent : -

                            There is an outstanding amount pending on my first Credit Card given by ICICI bank. I apologize as I was not able to make timely payments due to my unemployment. I am employed now and requested ICICI bank to give me an EMI facility as the amount is too high for me to make a full payment hence i cannot pay the entire amount in full. ICICI denied my request.

                            Its 3 months now that I haven't paid due to my unemployment and they sent someone at my residence on 23/01/2018 forcing me to pay a small amount (not minimum amount-lesser than the minimum amount). The person said he is from ICICI bank and if I don't make the payment, they will report my name in the CIBIL. When called the customer care of ICICI, it was told to me that my name is already reflecting in the CIBIL.

                            I called the person who came to my residence and questioned him for lying and giving false information. He then stated that he never told us he is from ICICI bank and the customer care of ICICI is giving false information. He mentioned that he is from the collection agency.

                            I dont want my credit scoring or cibil to be affected as i dont want to do a settlement.

                            I have a request to ICICI bank if they could give me an EMI facility or any other option to clear my outstanding where I dont have to deal with fraudulent collection people by the name of ICICI bank.

                            Requesting ICICI Bank to please consider and help me.

                              I got a new debit card. I am not able to generate a new pin. I went to local branch and they say i have to use my usa number to generate pin. When i try to generate pin from my usa number it does not authenticate.
                              I have been trying for last 3 maths with no help.
                              ICICI is pathetic!!!
                              Sir I have made a payment of 399 for my Jio recharge.
                              The amount was deducted from my account but recharge wasn't done.
                              Jio customer service executive told me that the transaction was not successful.
                              Kindly help.

                              I've applied for a credit card Five weeks ago. Till date, I can't check the application status online. Neither the bank representative contacted me again nor I received any call for verification. Can somebody let me know about the status of my application.. thanks

                                I have not opened any demat account when i was opening saving bank account in ICICI bank in 2012 and after a year i have closed that account and in 2017 i have opened another saving bank account and not opened any demat account again but in January 2018 ICICI bank hold my account with the charges of Demat account of Rs, 2537/- with new account and customer care says it have been hold with your previous account opened in 2012. this is a fraud by icici bank and i have going to branch and customer care again and again but i was unable to close my demat account and unable to get refund.                                   I have made a transaction through online banking for Rs.14866.70 just few minutes bank, but after making the payment and amount getting debited from my account, I got a notification that transaction is failed. Eventhough the transaction has failed the amount is debited from my account
                                  Trying to call customer care but no response.
                                  How to get the amount refunded now.

                                    I did a transaction on bajaj allianz website to buy an insurance policy.
                                    I paid through UPI by scanning the QR code. after the transaction there was no update on the website that the payment is successful.
                                    Now My account has been debited but I have not received any refund or the update from the bank or the bajaj allianz.
                                    I have contacted my bank they said the transaciton was successful.
                                    I have also contacted the website payment gateway which is billdesk and they are just saying that they have not received any updated from the their bank whihc is ICICI

                                    There customer care is very poor since 1 month has past and htey cannot track the transaction.

                                    Transaction amount 1745.
                                    Transaction date 20/12/2017

                                      Myself Ankita Basak my jio number is [protected]. I have done my Jio recharge from MY JIO APP on 22nd Jan at 6:05 PM via UPI id. Unfortunately my Account has been debited 349 rupees and also my 50 rupees JIO voucher, but had not got any confirmation via SMS or by MYJIO APP. I have neither get my refund nor my recharge confirmation till now. I am also shearing the screen shot for the prove. Please look into matter and refund my money as soon as possible.                                         I am having saving account in icici bank. I made a withdrawal of rs. 14000 from icici atm machine (Atm id - sicwa695 situated in meerut, u. P.) on date 07th jan'2018 at 11 am. Machine did not dispense any cash and shows transaction successful. Transaction details is "atm*cash wdl*07". After that i checked my balance and found that the amount was deducted from my account. I wait for 10 minutes also but no result.

                                        Then i also complaint on the same day on telephone but still after 18 days i didn't get the amount back.in this duration i raised service request by net banking and telephone both which service request no are - "sr[protected]", "sr[protected]", "sr[protected]", "sr[protected]", "sr[protected]", "sr[protected]", "sr[protected]", "sr[protected]", "sr[protected]" & "sr[protected]" but i did not get any satisfactory response by these.

                                        I also visited the icici noida sector-110 branch but they told that they will not entertain this complaint.

                                        Already 15 days have been passed but i didn't get my money back. I requested to icici customer care to check the cctv footage and return my money back into my account. But still there is no progress.

                                        Bank is not understanding my problem as i am suffering a lot since more than two weeks.
