On Dated 20th August, 2021, Rs 90, 000 which i suppose to debit from my ICICI Saving account detail A/C number[protected] to my own HDFC Saving account detail -[protected] as this amount urgently require to transfer for college fee to my daughter. I used ICICI mobile app for the same and completed the entry. Later after few days when i found that amount not credited in my HDFC saving account, then by further gone in depth found the same amount was debited to HDFC Credit card account which i closed almost four to five year back ( there is no due and HDFC credit card account closed). ICICI statement showing that your Rs 90k credited in A/C HDFC Credit card [protected]. Since this credit card account closed long back and i am not using this card since many years. So i visited ICICI branch & raised the service request to take up matter with HDFC bank and get it refund the amount in my ICICI account.
I received very good response from Brach staff of ICICI Mahadevpura- Bangalore & they raised service request number SR[protected] & confirm that amount will be credited in next four weeks. i followed thru the number which given by their staff. After few weeks i surprised, icici send again one mail that your complaint closed and now you take up with other bank as they are not refunding your amount. Again i send the email to customer care on 14th Nov and requested to resolve the complaint as i lost interest on rs 90000 from past three months. I surprised that they again written back to me that we debited the amount to HDFC credit card and showing in your HDFC Credit card which in actual i dont have such credit card account. Request to take up with bank and help to get refund of Rs 90, 000 which no one listening since three months.
