I applied for DDA 2014 Flat, through On lineICICI Form Zero. My Application No. 6018217. As i my application, was unsuccessful in the draw, Refund Amount of Rs 1 lacs should have been refunded y bank. But Till Date i have not received the Money. Please help in resolving the matter.
