[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — DDA refund account and name mismatch

My wife applied for DDA housing 2014 and didn't get selected in lottery. She used my account number for filing and now refund check has her name and my account number. I would like to know how can this be corrected and the refund amount should be credited to my account. SBI has already done so and is able to rectify such issues over email. Another problem is that I live overseas and can't go through anything like adding my wife to my account as joint account holder. Any help is highly appreciated.
