[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Deduction 100Rs per month from salary

From last 3 Yrs. ICICI bank deducting 100Rs. per month from my salary account without any information, I have visited several times at ICICI nearest branch but till date no one has taken initiative to deactivate the scheme.
Pls help to resolve Issue ASAP,
