ICICI Bank — Demat account opened without consent

Hi, I never requested for a demat but I can see that the bank has created a demat account number. Now I can see the Rs 482 has been deducted from my account without prior notice or message. I want the demat account to be closed since I never gave a consent to open it in the first place and also want a refund. This is not acceptable. Thanks Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
