I have icici demat account

I have seen the following transaction. Not sure why i have been charged or deducted the amount from my savings.

12/112020 & 18/11/2020 eba/nse/n 2020219 & eba/nse/n 2020223/[protected] dr. 2062.88 & 5738.77

Not getting refunded, please advise.

I have a saving account in ICICI bank and each and every month there is a deduction of amount and a code is there something like EBA help me or suggest me how I stop this code for deduction my money and for why this money is deducted and how i get my deducted money back the code which is shown there is like =EBA/EBA/EQPEAKMGN/[protected]

I have seen the following transaction. But I'm not make any transaction but why i have been charged or deducted the amount from my savings.can u pls revert my money back asap.

There was a deduction from my ICICI account associated with my ICICI Direct with transaction remarks saying 'EBA/NSE N 2023508/[protected]' and the amount is 50.06 and 'EBA/NSE N 2023008/[protected]' and the amount is 279.16 which is not that high but I should be informed and I was never informed if that is a hue brokerage cost that I am paying.

I seek an immediate response for such a big deduction of payment from my account and a refund post a correction as I wasn't aware of such high hidden charges that are to be levied by ICICI Direct.

This is an extremely poor customer experience that I am facing and would keep all my friends informed regarding such hidden charges for the one who are thinking of investing in Indian stocks and MF!!
