ECS charges deducted many times in a month. The loan was closed and the loan was on COVID pandemic time 2020-21. My 5500 Rs deducted and when I contacted with customer service I got reply that more 7000 Rs will deduct. The loan amount was 4050 Rs from Dhani loan app and now I'm losing around 12000 Rs.
