My Account got debited with 589and 590 as ECSRTNCHG, 9th jun 2021 as GST And as CST.why this is happening????? What is actually ECSRTNCHG ??? Why it deducting from account.Please mail to me on [protected]@gmail.com

My Name is JOHN ALEX P. I am customer of the bank since 8 years. My account number is mentioned in the screen shot. Without my permission the bank has deducted ECSRTNCHGS of 8774 Rs from my account. Attached is the screenshots.
