I have a two wheeler loan with icici bank ltd for royal enfield delivered in july 22nd amount of one lakh at the time of they ask the documents i am give the all document, cheques and sign in the ecs form and the date of emi is given 10th of every month. On the month august am keeping the emi amoun i (Inr4314) on my account but they put cheque on 23 on that month i have lost 888 rupees from my account. The telecaller of the icici bank call me and ask again give new ecs form am give them signed and reply to me it ecs will ready within 45 days so need to pay through collection executives till dececember i give the amount for the collection executive in these 5 months bounce charge is nearly two thousand. This january and feburary am not ready to giving the cash on hand of collection executive ask to activate the payment through bank or need letter from company not apply bounce charges am keep emi amount every month in my account company officials say not give less in the bounce charges and they not take any action for pay the amount through bank ask to pay through collction executives every month bounce charge is more than six hundred.
