[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — FASTAG Fraud

I have paid for FASTAG Rs.500/- in 01 Jan 2020. they have deducted Rs.300/- for security deposit and Tag issuance fee and remaining Rs.200/- it is showing balance in Tag account, however i have not received Fastag sticker till date, Since jan 2020 i was complaining in their ICICI/ Fastag web portal but they always close my complaint stating that "your tag has been delivered by blue dart to Mr. Abhishek"., after again i have complained that i donot know Mr. Abhishek, please re-issue the the tag sticker, but they have written the same statement that it was despatched. Now today on 02 July 2021 i received a message from ICICI Bank that my Fastag has been deactivated due to low balance. Please recharge your Fastag to continue. My complaint is once my Fastag sticker is not delivered to me then how i will use it, if i recharge also then also i cannot use it. Their customer care numbers are for only balance checking. I donot get any proper answer. ICICI bank is not responding to my complaint, . i was being harassed since 18 months, paying in toll after standing in long Ques, i have lost my time, energy and money who will pay this. My only request you that please give directions to ICICI bank that either issue my TAG sticker and get delivered to my address or refund back my Rs.500/- payment, so that i can apply FASTAG from somewhere else. For your information i have attached photos of some of my complaints and their replies from ICICI bank.
