We visited the ICICI bank, Electronic City branch, Bangalore on June 11th 2021 to deposit our cash in the bank, some amount got deposited and some amount got stuck in the machine and the message came up that the transaction was unsuccessful. Immediately we informed the branch people and they took the details and remaining amount was manually credited to the account. We calculated and informed them how much money is stuck in the machine and they informed it will be credited within 24 hours, but nothing happened even after 10 days, none took the ownership to contact us and inform anything. We have raised a complaint on mail and phone but no response. We have no other option but to reach out to the police if the bank people do not respond! Was this information helpful? |
