I received icici gift card and it show expiry date of 06/16.what should I do to extend validity of card or getting a new card issued to me?

i cant seem to connect to the customer c are number in kerala.

I got gift card from my Employee Cooperative society. Validity of Card is 01/23. But ICICI Bank blocked card without intimation. When I called customer care, they said that, your details not matched. I couldn't understand what detail you matched, I have old pin, but they say that it was blocked.
