ICICI Bank — Got POSDEC CHG/28-12-14/1551/25ST3 in statement

Dear Team I have got POSDEC CHG/28-12-14/1551/25ST3 and POSDEC CHG/23-12-14/1551/25ST3 and deducted 28.09 2 times from my account. Please reverse as i did not swipe my card anywhere, where it failed the transaction. Regards Prahlad Kumar
