[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — I am complaining about the credit card interest charges

I was using icici bank credit card 2018 and i did not miss even a single installments.
But, because of this covid i lost my job in the month of January 2021 and i did not get a job till June 2021, in this duration this ICICI bank had made a mental torture to pay the bills for which they are calling thrice in a day and threatening to pay the amount if not they will block list my account.

I am really striving hard to put food on my table everyday without a job but these people are forcing me to pay and also the Interest charges are 5X the actual amount
RBI please take a necessary action for this. Its my humble request
