ICICI Bank — ICICI Bank auto debited my account, without asking for any OTP (info: VSI*Financial T)

Today (13 June 2021) at 2:35 PM, I suddenly received a mail (photo attached) saying that INR 5, 188.32 was debited from my account. I did not receive any OTP for this transaction.
