Right after filing the complaint again bank deducted the same amount 590 from same account.. i would request authority people to provide me reason and refund my amount... And what if people go unnoticed about deduction... This should be taken seriously..

Am an ICICI BANK customer. Friday[protected] ECSRTNCHGS charged 590 rupees. Tuesday[protected] ECSRTNCHGS charged 72.64 rupees. & Wednesday[protected] ECSRTNCHGS charged 517.34 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is. This type direction is not ethical please return my charged amount. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com
