Grievance Number: 2760490 in consumerHELPLINE.gov.in whereas they gave me the update that I already approached banking Ombudsman accordingly ICICI official reverted. If it is the case then why ICICI not mentioned the complaint number for which they have reverted ? This bank providing the false comments .
The worst thing about this bank that I have requested to initaite shift the auto debit for their but in reverse these people asking me to create a e-mandate for their LOAN, I really don't understand what kind of ### bank it is.
No manners, no responSBIlity...ITs kind of SCRAP .
