[Resolved] ICICI Bank — icici prepaid meal card invalid status

Hello, my name is harsha working in tcs bangalore. My icici prepaid meal card valid from 03/16 upto 02/21. But currently, my card is being shown invalid status. However, each month some amount of money from my salary is getting deposited to this card but i am unable to use the deposited money.

I have tried to access the food card self care portal but since i forgot my user id & password, i am unable to signup. Whenever i try to register for the user id by entering the card detail, it shows card status invalid error (Please see attached image)

Please help resolve this urgently.
