[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Levy of penalty and interest

I am having credit card of icici bank having no.4315xxxxxxxx4002
Since last month (May 21) autod3bit option not worked .and bank levied penalty and interest charges in 2 months which arearound 1000 rs.I am a regular customer of bank since last 14 years and never defaulted any payment.I requests to pls help me to resove this issue
