[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Lien amount

I did a Transaction of 1000rs to an Investment application named Shenshi, i got mymoney stuck in shenshi as it was fraud co. Then i received a call from Icici bank customer care regarding the transaction so i narrated the whole story as they told me they will raise a dispute and the dispute was raised i received my money back today but i am not able to withdraw as it shows Lien amount.
