[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — MAB Charges without customer consent.

I have been charged MAB charges for not maintaining the minimum balance in the account. I have the following issues with the charges and requesting to waive off/refund the charges.

My account was a salary account type when opened and in that no minimum balance was required to maintain as per the rules. However when I switched the company the account automatically got converted to a Savings account without my consent and no emails, calls, and reminders either regarding the same.

As a custom, I have the right to know when my account is getting converted and what are the rules for the same account. But the same didn't happen.

I was totally unaware of this until I checked my account balance and statement 699 missing, then I complained but they didn't reply anything or waived off my fee. Again this month they deduced again 532. I am helpless right now.

Please help me to waive off the charges.
