[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — nach ad rtn chrg tpsl

412 rs has been deducted from my account on 26/12/2019 the charges is been deducted from ICICI bank and the charges which is been deducted is for the insurance which was started on my account on April 2019 and the charges is been deducted on December for not maintaining the charges in my account as per ICICI bank representative .But the main thing is I was not informed about this opening of my ICICI bank insurance and I don't have any idea that it was opened on April 2019 and till now I didn't received any mails or messages and calls about opening of insurance account, without my prior knowledge an insurance account has been opened and without my knowledge charges are been issued so I am requesting you to issue my refund of my deducted amount
I had already spoke to a customerservice representative and I have a complaint I'd no:[protected]
Without my knowledge these many activities have been occured in my account and even charges of 412 rs have been deducted from my account
These type of actions without knowing to customer is not acceptable please refund my amount

I was deducted 590 INR twice in August 2020 the reason is nach ad rtn chg what is this
There was no any prior intimation about this or even after the deduction it shows up directly and more worse thing is that it is showing for the previous dates you have deducted on 25 of August for insufficient amounts which was on 7 of July so clarify the reason and for this and refund the money back

Scam is happening in ICICI Bank.
Automatically 590 rs has been deducted in the name of NACH, tpsl sip. I don't what is this and even i do not receive any bill for the same.
I already make a complaint in RBI and in international banking forum about this.
Some serious illegal translation happening in the bank and I think the shares holders may be causious about it.

Hi, I had the same charges of Rs. 590 deducted from my senior citizen father's ICICI bank account on 29th Oct, 2020 with transaction remarks "NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~IPRULI~16OCT20~...".

This is extremely dubious and unethical practice of ICICI where they are deducting charges without authorization and I think they are hoping if no one complains, they get to keep the profits, or else they would make the refund. These guys (whether it is ICICI bank or ICICI Prudential Life) need to pay a penalty beyond just the refund for such corrupt practice in the middle of a pandemic where people like my father cannot even risk going to the bank to verify.

These charges levied due to insufficient funds for your auto debit premium bounce of your ICICI Pru Life policy. That is how they tweak the options while you opt for the policy. They know very well how to make money. who wish to be paid for charges like that ? Atleast they should charge for ICICI bank users.

The bank is deducted Rs 29.50 without giving me any message or any deduction messages.because of this i cannot put any amount in my account when ever i put some amount after some time automatically bank is starting deducting amount. Such a shame for customer.

On 29th March it deducted 590 rs from my acount in the name of NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG_IPRULI

While I maintain my balance above 5000 on the same day. But premium amount was dedicated on 9th April.

I am not aware about your banking timing. I am from Tourism profession and maintaining this acount very critically. Please refund 590 rs to my acount.

On 17th May icici deducted 590 rs from my acount in the name of NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG_BSLi. What is this charger? And why is there no notiification about this deduction ? What kind of fraud is this, after this deduction i took a detailed statement and saw it was deducted last year June as well.
