ICICI Bank — New install opened account is freezes after video kyc

My newly opened account was freezed after video kyc. I am not able to fund my account. The main intention of video kyc is that we don't want to visit the branch for account opening. But now it showing that I should visit my branch to activate the account. This is cruel
