[Resolved] ICICI Bank — One assist wallet protection

Hi sir, on wednesday(23 june 20201) i received a call from one assist and explained me about the plan but i was not accepted any plans but they processed my plan as accepted and rupees 1899/- was deducted from my bank. please stop this fraud and refund my amount. im attaching screen shots of mails i have received below
