[Resolved] ICICI Bank — payment transactions failed

Address: Andhra University, Visakapatnam

While i was applying certificate from andhra university i did the payment through icici bank eazypay portal and that was failed total four time. Three transactions on 19th march and one transaction on 20th march. I reached out to icici support team and they said that the amount will settled by the next day but still i didn't received my failed transaction amount. After that i reply back on the same email but no response from them.
Please help me to get my amount back.

I think it's a fake portal. I got call from some unauthorized person and he is asking about my card details, cvv and otp.

ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Three are from credit card : 1212 * 3 = 3636
One is from netbanking : 1215.
