It was shocking to read your message which I received in my mobile on 04.01.15 at 4.15pm saying that transaction of INR Rs. 39, 320.50 using my credit card 4XXX0001 is made at SHOPPERS STOP on 4th January 2015. Infact I am very much at home and I have not lost my credit card. I have not done any transaction using my credit card since 17th of December 2014. Later at 4.42 pm a day on 4.15pm I received a message from your credit card department saying my card has been blocked and advised me to call customer care. I contacted customer care person by giving a call to [protected] Karanataka customer Care No at around 7.30pm with great difficulty I could able to contact him and by giving all the evidence he promised that he will put forward this matter to higher authorities and assued me not to worry. This incident is very serious and I feel I should discontinue with the ICICI credit card business. It was just horrifying incident. Through the customer care person I have come to know that the transaction taken place in Bombay shopper stop but not in Mangalore. Kindly rectify the matter and kindly accept my request to cancel my credit card. Kindly oblige. I regret for inconvenience. Expecting your early reply.
