This is the second complaint about the poor service I got from one of your associates. This associate fooled me and gave a product which I did not ask for.
I don’t want this current account. I already applied for current accounts in AXIS Bank.

Updated by go4mugam01 I am the company director and your guy fooled me and sold some service which I did not ask for. Looks like your senior officer might have cheated lot of customers and sold the products which they did not ask for. Your cheating officer may get some financial gain due to this but it won't do good for the bank in the long run.

Updated by go4mugam01 Lazy people. Lazy service. I already opened current account in AXIS Bank. ICICI guys took some 5 days to open a current account and gave a useless service which I did not ask for. Axis Bank took just one day and the current account opening is done.
The Best Advice to all the consumers : Never believe what ICICI guys says. They try very hard too fool you and will offer some useless service finally. If you are innocent, you won''t even understand that you got one useless product.

Along with my current account application, I gave a cheque ( No 6298) for Rs 50000 INR to A Saravanan, Senior Officer ICICI Bank, Phone :[protected]. Here is his photograph. https://www.linkedin.com/in/a-saravanan-0321b9b2/?originalSubdomain=in
Once he opened my account in Mylapore branch, I called him and expressed by displeasure in his service. I clearly instructed not to deposit my cheque. I sent the WhatsApp message too. Immediately I stopped the cheque in my source account too.
Still your associate deposited the cheque day before yesterday, after all these complaints and mail messages. Looks like he don't know what is going on now. Or he did it purposely.
This shows that
• I emailed to top management of the bank. They are too busy. They never check emails.
• The top management gives least importance for the customer support
• The multi layered customer support is not at all following any SLA in solving customer problems.
• The branch management will never worry about the customers. Somehow they will cheat the people and force them to buy the products that are not at all useful for the customers
• The customer service officers are fully trained to cheat the people. They need not worry about the management as the management is nicely sleeping.
• The customer service officers are more worried about the points / bonuses and they follow all type o[censored]nethical procedures at the cost of customer satisfaction.
I will share my nice experience with ICICI Bank in opening a current account in all the internet forums and alert other consumers. You may not worry about all these things but I can help few customers by alerting them about the willful cheating practices ICICI Bank follows in everything.
