This is Senthil kumar my account number[protected] Nungambakkam branch. One of my friend Senthil Murugan has wrongly transferred of Rs.21500 from SBI to ICICI account no[protected] on 28 Dec 2020. My friend has raised complaint in SBI World University services centre Chennai on Jan 2021. SBI Manager have mailed to Mr. Karthick Rajaa and Mr. Sreeram on 19 Mar 2021.
Mr. Karthick Rajaa have raised incident ticket (SR[protected] on 24 Mar 2021, but till now refund amount not yet received. I have been walking to Nungambakkam branch at more than 10 times to get the status from Mr. Karthick Rajaa. whereas my left hand had a major fracture so that I couldn't able walk-in to branch.
Meanwhile incident ticket got closed on 15 Jun 2021 mentioning that SBI parking account name is wrong. The below mail which was sent by SBI Manager for your reference on 3 May 2021. Request you to please reopen the same incident ticket.
Whether it takes 6+ months for refund. Am frustrated with the services given by ICICI.
