ICICI Bank — Refund for DDA Housing Scheme 2014

Hi Team, I have applied for DDA housing through ICICI Form Zero. My application no. is 6001569, looking for the refund or status on refund. Have also e-mailed ICICI on 30th December but no response received yet. Could you please suggest the refund date and the procedure of refund for DDA Housing scheme.
