[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Refund Payment not credited to my ICIC AMAZON PAY Credit Card | ||
A Refund of Rs 2, 729.00 was issued by Amazon.in to my AMAZON PAY ICICI CREDIT CARD No [protected] in the name of H C WADHAWAN. The Refund was initiated by Amazon.in on 21.06.21 which was informed to me via email on the same date. I got another communication by amazon.in on 28.06.21 informing me Quote "It is to confirm that refund for amount 2729.00 has been succesfully processed on[protected] and the amount should reflect in your account by now" Unquote. Refund Reference # 158114. However, the said amount has not been credited in my AMAZON PAY ICICI CREDIT CARD so far. In this regard, I had a talk with Amazon Customer Care Officer who told me that I have to take up the issue with ICICI Bank. That is why I am bringing the issue, of Refund not being credited to my Credit Card, to the attention of ICICI Bank. Hope the needful would be done at the earliest and the required amount credied to my account. I am also attaching two communications received from Amazon.in to bolster my claim.
