Respected Sir, I beg to say that I am a customer of your bank vide loan account No. LPHPR[protected]. I write a lot of mail to customer care for update my payment in Cibil. I am raised three time Dispute regarding 0 overdue instead of Rs.19514. of in Cibil transunion But your bank response is No change in overdue Sir my son's scholar loan is pending in SBI due to the above mentioned overdue. I write a lot of mail to customer care for update my payment in Cibil and remove the overdue amount. I am raised three times in Dispute in Cibil Transunion regarding 0 overdue instead of Rs.19514. of in Cibil transunion But your bank response is No change in overdue as per customer care mail response the no overdue in my loan account. (reply of customer care & loan statement & current cibil report attached) Yesterday I checked the cibil report and was shocked the overdue amount showed Rs 24686. Sir, my son's scholar loan is pending in SBI due to the above-mentioned overdue and difficult to pay his fees that was too late and I have received a notice form his university. Sir my son's future destroyed to above mentioned reason Sir I hardly request you to look into the matter & resolve earlier please. ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
