ICICI Bank — request refund of auto debit return fee charged on debit card emi

I failed to maintain balance in my savings account, so i missed paying my icici debit card emi of last month through auto-debit option. I thought of choosing moratorium. Later i paid my emi through virtual credit card payment option before emi due date. Also paid 620 addition for the auto-debit return fee. But i got sms from icici as rs 2859.65 is due on debit card emi which again charged with an additional fee. Refund the 620 i paid extra charged for not maintaining sufficient amount. I hope rbi and government have given the option to choose the option of moratorium till april 31. But the additional fee (Fine amount) is charged before. I am not aware of auto-debit return fee. Consider the pandemic covid-19 situation and for a consumer like me, 600 rupees is very huge in this lockdown period and kindly help on to get a refund of an additional fee charged as soon as possible. I tried to contact icici through phone banking and email. But no response from icici.
