My icici saving account has been debited following charges naming surcharge (Mcc 5541) for fuel purchase. Government is promoting cashless transaction and i have been charged on my own money. Does that mean it's wise to take out money from atm and pay in petrol pump? Request you to check and revert below transactions.

yes government only makes tall claims of promoting cashless transaction. But reality is all online transactions results in charges - fuel or imps or rtgs.
Should you not simply blame the government for not enforcing is proclaimed support for cashless.

Faced the same issue, this is not right, if it is credit card it is understood but on debit card also
