ICICI Bank — Un authorized amount deducting

From past couple of days I'm facing the problem from icici bank they are deducting amount from my account without any information or message when I check in statement it is showing NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~Of Bnk BFLf~ I enquired with bajaj finserv but everything is clear from bajaj. Icici bank deducting amount from my account
