My account is in Negative value due to wrong entries created by Icici bank's back end team; Even After complaints thru person to the service branch, customer care, follow ups nothing is working. A common man like me is suffering because for the daily needs to get done for the food, etc.,
But none in the bank team seems to be responding and clearing the issue for the loyal customer for more than 20yrs.
As a result, am getting bouncing from other bank due to the already approved ECS mandates. Can anyone sort out this to come out of this issue immediately? Was this information helpful? |
