On 27-04-21 My car was completely damaged by some anti-social elements. According to which I have gave my car whose number is DL4CAX4309. I gave him the nearest showroom by Rohan Motors udyog vihar greater noida. According to which Claims of only 20% of the damage done to my car were even passed by Icici Lombard insurance company and other 80% claims were rejected by insurance company surveyor Mr madhur tyagi for any unnecessary reason. In which this attack the key of my car was also snatched by those people.About which I also got fir done in my nearest police station and I gave a copy of it to the insurance company by the adviser.For which the lock of my car Neither was rejected by ICICI Lombard nor were the rear and front bumpers passed of my car.If in the future my car is harmed by those anti-social elements, then will the ICIC company take responsibility for it.

As per our telephonic conversation held with us, we want to advise that post receipt of your query the claim was reviewed by our senior claims team who replied based on claim examination, evaluation findings whatever damages that were not co-relating with the incident were not considered (hence key lost was denied because in the policy the key protect is not covered and damages were pre-existing so denied) claim is assessed as per policy terms and conditions.

      My name is Himanshu Jaswani and my father purchased a policy through phone pe in April 2020 from ICICI Lombard general Insurance for Covid Coverage. Policy states that if any policy holder diagnosed with Covid 19 will get Sum assured of Rs. 25000 and my father had been tested positive in October 2020 with Covid 19. He get himself tested from Delhi Government Dispensary situated in Shalimar Bagh, Delhi and medical officer confirmed that his report is positive, to confirm it he again went to another Delhi government Lab and report comes same. Now we have asked for the claim and Icici Lombard saying that you have to get done RTPCR test from ICMR Lab, sir my point is insurance policy not saying that you have to get tested for a RTPCR test it only says that you have to be Covid positive and it should be confirmed from a government Lab which is done in my case second if antigen is positive then you need not to go for RTPCR test.
      Now they are not giving us the claim amount saying you have to get that test which we can not give as we have to quarantine ourselves after Covid as well as it's not mentioned in policy specifically that it must be a RTPCR test.
      Please help to get our claim sir as ICICI Lombard is cheating us by introducing new points to reject the claim, they are finding ways to not satisfy there liability and asking for new documents and all rather than restricting on policy wordings.

        Address: Data packers and movers Dwaraka

        I had shifted my house hold goods from Delhi to Bangalore through data packers and movers Dwaraka. I was issued damage claim policy for my household goods. Many items were damaged and when I asked for claim they are saying that it is transporter problem they will pay for the damages. Is so then why did they give the policy. Were both not aware who should pay for the damage. Both are playing cat mouse game. Both don't want to pay for the damages. So far how many customers they have cheated nobody knows. I request whoever read this beware of this kind of cheaters and don't let them go free. Action has to be taken. If any public lawyer wants to fight I will support.

            I have paid 48000 for three policies in 30-dec-2019 as part of house loan process where there's three policies are said mandatory. Now the construction is still pending and I don't do t want to buy the property anymore. I did cancelled the loan and asked icici lambord to cancel my policies. They cancelled my policies and refunded 24000 which is half of what I paid to them. The police's are for five years and I cancelled them...

I already asked to the ICICI Lombard customer support that If I could apply my last Reimbursement Claim, so they said to apply the claim and we will process within 14 days.                     i got a call from a representative named prashant by ph no [protected] at around 2.08 pm today from prabhadevi branch mumbai, i told him that i am not able to talk wright now, but he start threatening me that company will cancel ur policy, i said i will able to talk in ist week of april but he continiously threatened me in very rude manner, i am 13 years old coustmer of icici lombard with no claim.
                    I FEEL SHOCKED & AMBARRESED.
                    This provoked me to think about some other company.

                        Dear Sir,
                        My Honda City car got small accident by hitting to divider to save the running dog suddenly comes in front of my car on 17.02.2021
                        My car got damage and the bumper totally in crack condition along with some dislocation of one side wheel and breaking alongside accessories.

                        Your representative only inform to Honda showroom and claim accepted for only some part, while the deny to cover the Bumper in the claim stating that it is plastic part and we are not accepted it.
                        And this news was inform me by Honda showroom representative on approx 8.00 pm on Saturday 20.02.2021 but not single word from ICICI inspector (surveyor).
                        I tried a call several time on Saturday and Sunday too to ICICI representative but even not shown curtsy to pick up call and inform anything to customer.
                        Today 22.02.2021, after complaining to Honda showroom again, they inform him and at last he contacted as his convenient around 12.00am and simply denying.
                        I asked his Manager number and trying to call from last 1 Hrs but not picking phone.
                        How can this behavior will be tolerate.
                        Can anybody at ICICI is serious to listen their customer and help them out?
                        awaiting for your early response please.

                        But during the payment of policy the representative told us that since your policy is Zero Dept comprehensive, you will liable to get insurance from Dumper to dumper.

                              Hi Team,

                              This is to bring into your notice that I was trying to reach the icicilombard for taking the Senior Citizen Health Insurance for my mother who is diagnosed with cancer in July'20 and undergoing through the treatment of CA Cervix Cancer 1st stage but all the executives clearly denied that they do not cover pre existing cancer even when this option is clearly available in their imobile application. PFA snapshots for the reference and call recording for their continuos denial of not covering the Gynaecology cancer.

                              Finally, I raised a concern with IRDA with token number-IRDAI Token no.[protected],[protected] then only your(GRO)- grievance rederessal manage...finally replied by saying as below-

                              "Dear Sir,

                              We write this with reference to your concerns registered with IRDAI vide token number[protected].

                              As per our telephonic conversation held today, we would like to confirm you that any pre-existing disease Declared by insured and accepted by our Medical UW team will be covered after certain waiting period. For this particular product available on our I-Mobile application we do not have any PED specific waiting period (30 days initial waiting period is there).

                              Further in regards to your concerns regarding PED ‘Any Gynaecological Breast Cancer’, as this is not a part of permanent exclusion we will cover the same after initial waiting period of 30 days.

Please look into this matter asap.

                              As after uncountable mail reminders/calls(to Sunny(+91-[protected])/ Customer Care/ Sagar Wadhwani(not sure about his surname)(phone number--[protected])) did not respond as Sunny( GRO) still is not picking up the call/ Sagar(whom you call the redressal manager) is not picking up the call( when asked for employee id of Sunny and sagar, , , sagar refused to give it to me and asked me to wait for the multiple days but no response from anywhere since the approval was provided over an email by Sunny Karmiyani(Useless guy) as higlighted in below email that over an email he provided the approval earlier/and even on IRDAI website that we will cover the disease after initial period of 30 days but when i took the loan from icici bank...he refused to pickup the call/ refused to respond over the email then help me understand why you people rejected my policy because you provided the approval over an email that's why i took the loan and paid you for that hen tell me who would be responsible now because you people are playing with the life of patients even you redressal manager/officers are useless because they are the defaulters also reason being you people are not responding over calls and emails
