I, keya maji started an investment plan (Plan-b) in icore e services ltd, policy number 35609590, from 18/6/2012 for 24 months. The application number is - b760541. The date of maturity is 18/06/2014. The investment was done by the agent named "swapanshree chatterjee", w/o - biswajit chatterjee, contact number - [protected], code[protected]. The installment amount is 1000 per month. I had paid for 18 months. At the time of maturity i severely told the agent to give me the maturity amount as per what i have paid. She did not bother about that. Also i called to the company several times but they also don't want to listen. Kindly look at my matter as i am a 52 years aged house wife and i require that money for my daily home expenses as my husband is a retired person.
