[Resolved]  Icore E Services Limited — non receipt of maturity

SIR,
I have the honour to inform you that I , the undersigned are the policy holders, have no other alternative way to write and send this mail.
Sir, the policies are matured on 30/04/2013. In this connection I meet Shri Anukul Maiti, MD,ICORE E SERVICES LIMITED 54/2, RAFI AHMED KIDWAI ROAD,KOLKATA-700 016 on 04/05/2013 for not getting our maturity amount and spoke to him in details about my urgency(my father is undergoing treatment at CMC Vellore and also showing one medical report for ready reference) ultimate he assured me that cheque will be issued on 08/05/2013 and asked me to carry on my father treatment. After getting his assurance immediately I proceeded to vellore along with my father for his time bound treatment. But till date no cheques has been received by us. It is very unfortunate & embarrassed to me. Now I am in great trouble as as per his assurance I managed the expenditure of my father treatment some other source but after returned back at home I could not know where from I will pay the expenditure and could know from sodepur branch no cheque has been issued within that period. After return back at home I tried to meet him 4 to 5 times but I failed to meet him .Lastly I went to your Head Office and met one of your staff in maturity section on 01/06/2013 and expressed him in details subsequently submitted receipted copy which was received by Mr. Anukul Maiti, MD on 4/5/2013 and he also told me that the matter will be conveyed and receipted copy will be sent to him at Bhawanipur Mall.I am also rushed to Bhawanipur Mall in hope to meet him. I waited to meet him at Bhawanipur Mall from 1100 hrs to 2115 hrs and called and sent SMS both of you in 5 to 10 times but no response to my call and SMS , again I failed. Now I have no other alternative way to left to say that If situation demand we may seek the legal help for our genuine claim and justice. It is completely breach of trust.

Therefore, once again I would earnestly request you to kindly look into the matter and convey to your MD and issue the cheque at the earliest in favour of the undersigned. I am also attaching herewith the necessary copies for your ready reference.
