IDBI Bank — ACH RTN charges deduction of rs 590 each for 45 times

Today morning from 10am till 12 pm i continuosly received messages of 590 rs deduction from IDBI Bank for 45 times when enquired in bank they are saying its non refundable its not at all accepted to cut momey for so many times
