IDBI Bank — Regarding pending upi transaction

I made an upi transaction of 3000rs from my idbi bank account which is maintained at bangalore honnavar road mahalakshmi bldng branch and my account number is [protected] and ifsc code is IDBKL000362 it showing pending transaction amount is debited from account but not credited here is the attachment of the pending status please find the attachment and fix the issue as earliest.

Dear sir madam,
I am submitting home loan ROI request on dt. 07.02.2017 RAC centre in Aurangabad. But till date not any respond from bank person we have some time follow up on mobile to mr. Mandar deshpande his reply no approve on your request.
Why max time reqd. In approve 2 months??
