In reference to my policy no.[protected], and [protected] i am the policy holder name is mrs poonam rani malviya had taken the policy from idbi fedreal life insurance company few months back. Mr hari bains bm of idbl fedreal has approached us for the policy he explained us that we have to give only one premium its a single premium policy along with he committed us that you will get gold coin of worth rs 5000, after generate the policy.
Now when the policy has received we came to know that it is not a single premium policy and we didnot received any gold coin or any other gift that has been commit ed by hari bains sir, when we tried to approach him he was very rude to us and his words was you have to buy one more policy and its been more then a year i am working areis even my seniors my boss are already aware about all the facts so dont even think about you can raise complaint against me.
Now it is a matter of quality and service is this a professionalism or quality standards that you are serving to your clients? Is this a way to sell the policy?
We are really fedup and hares by your company and mr hari bains sir,
Now it is a request that kindly refund all our amount and withdrawal our both the policy's on priority otherwise we will do the legal proceeding.

I worked as a advisor in IDBI federal life insurance co ltd. My customers want to pay renewal in monthly mode . I applied for this in December month. But still now I didn't receive any responses and policy renewal paying 30 days due date also over
