IDBI Federal — remove my pan card from the portal

I am priyanka pandey advisor code-IFLI[protected] i joined idbi federal life insurance company in the month of December but i worked only for 4 days. And i am not getting any job from last three months because there is a advisor code in my pan card.
So please help me with this and remove my pan card from the portal as i am already facing lots of issues.
